Dr. Kedibone Letlaka-Rennert is recognized by the Corporate Council on Africa as a leading female business owner. A South African national, she has extensive consulting experience in diversity management, human resources, and organizational transformation for the public and private sectors in both South Africa and the United States, founding her own human resources management consultancy, Phambili Strategies and Solutions RSA in 2000 and Phambili Strategies and Solutions International in 2003. She currently serves as Senior Personnel Manager for the Technology and General Services Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Kedibone has also worked for the Standard Bank of South Africa as senior manager and head of transformation, directing 10,000 employees in the Retail Banking business unit; as human resources consultant for Hay Management Consultants; and as a corporate liaison with Bridging the Gap Consultants. Additionally, she served as director for The Family Institute in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she addressed health issues for Johannesburg’s poverty-stricken communities.

She holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from George Washington University, a master’s degree with honors from Rhodes University in South Africa, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Transkei and has published numerous papers in the field of psychology. She is both a Fulbright scholar and an Equal Opportunity scholar, and also serves as a member of the board of directors of City Year South Africa and Women for Women International.
